How is Servet Tahini produced?

We first clean our local heirloom golden sesame seeds. Then we roast them at 90 degrees and grind them in a stone mill. If you roast good sesame seeds incorrectly, the vitamins, minerals and nutritional values ​​in them will be lost and their flavor will also be spoiled. For this reason, we keep the temperature limit at 90 degrees.
